It’s time to get out of survival mode and into thrive. It’s time to find your passion, feel compassion and learn how to enjoy life again.

 I invite you to join me on a meditation journey.

A four week meditation class that will meet for one hour on Mondays as a group.

 Hi, I’m Izzy,

I have been experiencing meditation on my own since a child, experimenting with peace in my mind studying yoga for over 12 years, I received a meditation certification from counselors at Duke university, have over 1000 hours in yoga and yoga therapy training as well as hypnotherapy certification, training in positive psychology and have it reformation as well as developing my own system for healing the mind, body and energy.

 In this four week program I will be teaching you a condensed form drawn from MBSR, It’s appropriate for beginners or for those who just don’t have a ton of time to practice meditation.

 Whether you’ve been meditating or your new to it; I promise you can meditate. We’ll be learning various styles of meditation and you have the ability to ask questions and personalize your practice.

 I am here to help you find a way to enjoy life and have all of the hope, love and experiences that bring you happiness and fulfill your desires.
