Saturday Class Schedule

Class Descriptions:

Mini Me Yoga- kid and family yoga. This is a special yoga program that introduces yoga poses and concepts but has a lot more movement and excitement than your standard adult yoga class.

Tabata- high intensity 30 min class. The tabata style is 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, 8 sets and then a 1:00 minute recovery.

Zumba- Latin inspired dance exercise with music from around the world + hip hop. No dance experience needed.

Yoga Flow- sun salutations, controlled strength poses and relaxing stretching in a meditative flow ending in corpse pose with a guided relaxation meditation.

Meditation- will vary from week to week; quiet time with a reflective reading, guided relaxation, body awareness and other styles.

Pilates - Focusing on creating equal bi lateral strength, using neuromuscular control and core work. A fusion of strength, yoga and balance. 

 

Mini Me Yoga Workshop $45 - 2 hour Certification. Learn to teach a children's yoga class and teach meditation and mindfulness. This workshop is offered on special occasions, approx. once per month. Stay turned to the facebook page for workshop postings. 

 

*Yoga Flow, Tabata & Pilates classes are limited to  4-5 people in studio.

$10 per Class

5 classes for $40

 

The studio space is located in the front room of my home on E. Burnett.

The space provides room for 4-6 participants.

I love having a small class size for laughter, attention and less competition.

Free or Donation-based classes are offered regularly through the month.
