A workshop to teach adults how to bring yoga postures & concepts to their home, classroom &/or community.
2 Hours includes 1 set of the 14 classic postures, meditations & activities; how to lead a 15-45 min class.
3 Hour option (additional 1 hour) includes a bonus 2nd set of cards and booklet for theming classes, intended for those looking to teach kid's yoga classes.
